Frequently Asked Questions

Can this service be used in every State?

Yes, our services are available to all 50 states.

Is it a physical address or like a P.O. Box?

The address that is used with the program is our physical Cedar City, Utah office.

Is there a limit to the amount of mail we can receive?

There is no limit to the amount of mail.

If I only need the address for privacy with the State and not as a mailing address to receive mail, can I get a discount?

No, there are no discounts offered for split purposes of the service. Discounts apply to the number of entities that are on the program.

How do I know if my service is working?

Service is working if you are not receiving any contact from the public, the Secretary of State has our information listed, and you are receiving communication from our Utah office.

Why haven’t I received any mail yet?

Using the PPM program does not guarantee that you will be receiving mail regularly. The amount of mail received depends on where the address is used and how many others you share it with.

When are my services due to be completed?

Services are completed 1 month before they are scheduled to be due with the Secretary of State. There are certain states that require renewal to be completed earlier in the year, so when this happens, services may be split to accommodate the State requirements and the proper timeline to complete annual minutes.

What is the purpose of annual minutes?

Annual Minutes are notes taken during meetings to remind you what was discussed and agreed upon throughout the year. Having annual minutes are required for corporations and LLCs that operating agreements make mandatory, however, every entity and company would benefit from having these important documents. They add to an entity’s compliance requirements, they protect your liability status and they keep a company organized and properly documented.

Are Annual Minutes turned into the State?

No. Annual minutes are not submitted to the State.

When is the best time of the year to make changes to my entity?

The very best time to make any changes to an entity is within the “renewal” time of the entity. There are other changes that can be made with the State at any time for certain fees.

How do I get the 25 point questionnaire that Mark mentions?

The 25 point questionnaire is given to clients who are enrolled in our Company Compliance Program.

When will I receive my documents?

All documents are placed in a secure online portal within the month of service.
